Ericka Plater is an executive strategist, certified organizational leadership coach, and nonprofit executive with more than 30 years of experience across philanthropy, public education, healthcare, public health, social justice, and community development. Her career spans national networks and grassroots organizations and includes executive leadership, governance, coaching, and strategic advisory roles. As CEO of GroundWell Collective, Ericka leads a strategy, leadership, and organizational development practice that helps mission-driven organizations strengthen their capacity for sustainable impact. Working at the intersection of strategy, governance, leadership, and organizational culture, she partners with executives, leadership teams, and boards to understand what lies beneath complex organizational challenges and build the clarity, alignment, and systems needed to move forward. Ericka brings a culturally responsive and deeply contextual lens to her work, recognizing that organizations are shaped by their histories, identities, relationships, communities, and environments.
