With 45 years of care, understanding and change, My Sister’s House is an open door, a hand, and an advocate for survivors of domestic violence in South Carolina’s Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley Counties. Through five core service areas, clinical therapy, legal advocacy,, education and training, emergency shelter, and case management, the organization is committed to breaking the cycles of domestic violence.
