We are planning the following events for the 2008-2009 Fundraising Season:
- November 2008: Dark & Bubbly (Chocolate & Champagne) tasting event and silent auction.
- Spring Gala Event (Theme, location TBD)
- November 2009: Dark & Bubbly (Chocolate & Champagne) tasting event and silent auction.
My Sister's House welcomes your company's involvement in our planning, signage, invitations, speaking opportunities, etc. We are seeking support of these events through a commitment of sponsorship. Presenting Sponsor $12,000
- Exclusive “Presenting Sponsor” status for all three 2008-2009 events (no other sponsors accepted at this level)
- Category exclusivity (no competitors sponsoring events)
- Sponsor positioned as “partner” in all press releases promoting the events, on MSH website, and at event
- Sponsor name/logo on all event tickets and posters for all events
- Sponsor spokesperson will have individual speaking opportunity to address attendees at all events
- “Presented by X” signage will be posted prominently at each event’s front door.
- Sponsor has option to have company’s marketing materials/products on hand for attendees at all events
- Corporate Citizenship Award at Spring Gala presented to company spokesperson by MSH
- 20 Tickets for each event
- First right of refusal for sponsorship of any additional events planned, and for the 2009-2010 season
Platinum Level Sponsor $7,500
- Sponsor name/logo on all event tickets and posters for all three 2008-2009 events
- Category exclusivity (no competitors sponsoring events)
- Sponsor spokesperson will have speaking opportunity to address attendees at both Dark & Bubbly events
- Sponsor has option to have company’s marketing materials/products on hand for attendees at all events
- Sponsor mentioned in all press releases, on MSH website, and at events
- “Thank you” signage with sponsor logo prominent at all events at the bar and on tables
- 15 Tickets for each event
Gold Level $5,000
- Sponsor name/logo on all event tickets and posters for all three 2008-2009 events
- Sponsor spokesperson will have speaking opportunity to address attendees at Spring Gala only
- Sponsor has option to have company’s marketing materials/products on hand for attendees at all events
- Sponsor mentioned on MSH website, and at events
- “Thank you” signage with sponsor logo prominent at all events at the bar and on tables
- 10 Tickets for each event
Silver Level (Dark & Bubbly) $2,500
- Sponsor name/logo on all event tickets and posters for both Dark & Bubbly events only
- Sponsor mentioned on MSH website, and at events
- “Thank you” signage with sponsor logo at all events at the bar and on tables
- 10 Tickets for each Dark & Bubbly event
