Director of Program Services

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Program Services oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization; coordinates and implements program components including counseling/therapy, advocacy, children’s program, shelter, and outreach. Hires, recruits, trains and evaluates staff members and responsible for overall supervision of the volunteer program.

Minimum requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work, sociology, or human service-related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Computer skills including office software as well as design packages (Adobe, etc.) and basic website management (Dreamweaver or related packages)
• Work or volunteer experience in interpersonal violence field
